Shipping & Delivery times
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 days after receiving your order. Finnish and EU orders placed by 12PM are usually shipped the next day. However, during busy times it might take up to 3 working days to process your order.
How long does the delivery take?
Shipping within Finland takes between 1-3 days. We deliver to the nearest collection Point using Postnord/Posti. We are not responsible for any delays once your order has been picked up from our warehouse by the carriers.
Deliveries to Baltic/Nordic countries take between 2-4 days.
Germany, Austria and Netherlands 3-6 days. Other EU countries 3-7 days.

*Collection Points will store your order for 7 days. After this period the order will return to our warehouse and shipping fee will have to paid again. Please check your junk mail and text messages for Pick up information during that period.
