Shipping and delivery times
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 days after receiving your order. Finnish and EU orders placed by 12PM are usually shipped the next day. However, during busy times it might take up to 3 working days to process your order.
How long does the delivery take?
Shipping within Finland takes between 1-3 days. We deliver to the nearest collection Point using Postnord/Posti. We are not responsible for any delays once your order has been picked up from our warehouse by the carriers.
Deliveries to Baltic/Nordic countries take between 2-4 days.
Germany, Austria and Netherlands 3-6 days. Other EU countries 3-7 days.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, of course. You have the right to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. All returned items must be unworn in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
Return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.
Once the item has been received you will get a refund between 24-48 hours depending on the payment method used.
