​ How do I place an order?​

To order, you must log in by filling in your contact information. By creating an account, MR Ukko saves your information for the following orders. 

Only your order information is saved. Payment card information is not saved.

Order delivery time

We aim to ship the order within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery within Finland can take 3-5 business days.

Delivery to Åland takes 4-8 days and to most European countries 7-14 days.

Secure ordering and payment options

Only delivery information is saved. Payment information is not saved. When you have placed the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received a confirmation message within 24 hours, please contact us by email or chat.

 

We accept all the most common payment cards and Paypal.

Return and refund

Unfortunately, MR UKKO underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We accept returns for other products within 14 days of the order. If you have ordered the wrong size, send us a message and we will refund the shipping costs for your next order.

International returns are non-refundable, so please read the terms and conditions carefully!
